Established in 1986, we are a team of highly experienced learning and development practitioners specialising in leadership development, negotiation programmes, coaching, management development and team training.

Each of of us has our own consultancies, but we work together where more value can be added for our clients, through our combined skill and experience. In some cases this 'working together' goes back many years.
