2011 Berryworld
Following the successful team development programme last autumn, the Technical team at Berryworld spent a day last month on Collaboration and Influencing. With the team size increasing to 18 and more demands made upon it by internal and external colleagues, developing the ability to collaborate across the whole supply chain at Berryworld is seen as a top priority. Using the Collaboration GameŽ as a means of helping the team develop strategies for building value in the business, a number of new initiatives have been introduced by the Technical team to build collaboration across the business. The programme also included some practical activities to develop influencing skills - an increasingly fundamental part of managing across boundaries. Further development of the Technical team at Berryworld is being planned for later this year.
