Case study: MDS Ltd., a not for profit company owned by companies in the fresh produce sector.Each year it recruits graduates on to its two year development programme which includes 4 secondments to different companies within fresh produce. Running alongside the secondments is an in depth programme of management training.
Matthew Hunter Associates has been part of this programme since 1997 facilitating the one day workshops on negotiation and the week long managing a business simulation events.
