Leading the Organisation & Leading the Front Line

Matthew Hunter Associates has been working with the Lowell Group in Leeds, to design and deliver a major leadership development initiative for the company. This highly successful financial services company is heavily committed to developing the people who work for the company, and the Leading the Organisation and Leading the Front Line are an important part of this ongoing commitment.  Six consultants from Matthew Hunter Associates are supporting the programme providing facilitation and executive coaching support. The programme includes a number of assessment instruments including the Campbell Leadership Index, a 360 rater from Vangent Inc., Work Place Big 5 from the Centre for Applied Cognitive Studies, Charlotte USA, and the world leading Benchmarks 360 from the Center for Creative Leadership.  FIRO- B is also being used to help support the personal development of the 50 participants on both programmes.
