National Grid Staff Forum - Ways of Working.

Over the past 5 months Matthew Hunter has been helping to facilitate a series of workshops supporting the National Grid Staff Forum discuss and agree a different way of working together in order to jointly meet the challenges of the new performance based scheme ( RIIO) from OFGEM. These workshops have included agreeing principles, identifying potential key priorities for the company and also for those representing the different staff groups, providing expert information on a range of issues to do with pay structures. pensions, and   job comparisons. A workshop was also facilitated on key behaviours around generating positive outcomes through negotiation.
