Senior leadership development for Shropshire Group

In July, the Leadership Development programme for Directors was launched with the facilitation of Module 1. The theme of Module 1 was Self Awareness and Impact on others. The two day module included an international 360 called Executive Dimensions® from CCL in the USA, the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™4.0 from Centacs, and the FIRO B instrument.  Module 2 takes place in September and the theme is Strategic Leadership. The programme has 4 modules over 12 months. Supporting this executive programme are Sherie Olmstead and Jude Tavanyar, who are providing coaching support to the 8 directors on the programme.
